Meet Marie A. Enderle

Marie A. Enderle is the OwnerManager of Grace Consulting and Construction Services, LLC, a construction and real estate consulting firm based in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. With more than four decades of experience in construction, facilities management, and real estate operations, she provides clients with strategic guidance on property development, construction management, and long-term real estate planning. Her work often involves helping organizations evaluate properties, develop project scopes, and navigate complex construction and renovation initiatives.

Enderle began her career while studying mechanical engineering, where she gained early professional experience through a consulting firm focused on critical infrastructure. Over the years, she worked with Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, commercial organizations, and data centers, building expertise in infrastructure systems and large-scale facility operations. She later advanced into leadership roles managing global real estate portfolios, overseeing construction projects, property acquisition and leasing, and teams responsible for facilities management.

After retiring from her corporate career, Enderle established her own consulting practice to continue supporting organizations with construction and real estate initiatives.
